Return of Joplin's Haunted Graveyard

With great joy I noticed the Halloween attraction run by Dan and Marian Goepfert, 2828 South Wall Street in Joplin, Missouri, has returned this year.

I first reported on the Goepfert's front yard graveyard in 2007 and again in 2009. Last year, after the Joplin tornado, there was a banner in the yard promising a return this year.

The Goepferts kept their promise.



Here's the couple, being quite ultraviolet in the doorway of their home.


Dan explained that he installed a fogging system this year that used ordinary water pushed through a system of pipes at 1000 psi. The pipes have tiny holes which allow the water to atomize, forming the fog
