A pair of cat-like eyes stares from the second floor of a vintage stone building in Pierce City, Missouri, this past weekend.
This was really effective and probably pretty simple. It appears to be a printed plastic sheet with each eye back lit by a lamp. The occupant actually turned off the lights one at a time while I was photographing at 10:15 pm.
