Severe storms have pounded parts of the Midwest and South for the last few days. Here, Shoal Creek in Southern Joplin, Missouri, was still well over its banks Tuesday afternoon when this video was shot near the now-submerged Low Water Bridge on South Jackson Avenue where it meets Glendale Road. Most of McIndoe Park, beside Glendale Road, was completely under water:
