My favorite tiki bar, the 1963 vintage Kon Tiki in Tucson, Arizona, is having a party Saturday night, April 10.
The event, entitled "Relight the Night" is scheduled to involve music, art and fire performers, and will culminate in the re-lighting of gas torches which have been bereft of flame for about 20 years.
The event will also raise funds for the Hope Animal Shelter in Tucson, a no-kill facility. Details can be found here.
